Our Founder is a Wealth Management Advisor and a Senior Leader in Human Resources with over 25 years’ experience (in large fortune 100  companies) managing grants, issues, and the exercising of RSUs, Stock Options, and Deferred Compensation. Our firm is extremely experienced with when and how to best exercise these types of long-term incentives along with their associated financial strategies.

We implement pre- tax (401k/403b) and post- tax (Roth 401k/Roth 403b) company retirement plans for any size organization and business. Our firm makes objective assessments and is equipped to offer unbundled, or bundled retirement plans (including safe harbor) solutions available from a wide range of financial companies. A few of our plan partners are recognized names such as Fidelity, Charles-Schwab, Ameritas, and Brinker. We are an independent wealth management firm, which means we are not beholden to any one company’s products/plans.  

Self-Employed Individual Retirement Plans

We guide self-employed individuals in selecting, opening, and managing their retirement plan options such as SEP IRAs and Solo Individual 401(k)s.  Our self-employed individual plans are offered through our custodians Fidelity and Charles-Schwab.

Succession & Exit Planning

Buy-Sell agreements are one of the most important elements in the planning for any business’s long-term success.

Buy-sell agreements help align parties on the value of a business and outline the control process in ownership of a business when a triggering event voluntarily or involuntarily occurs. Triggering events can occur for a business owner such as death, becomes disabled, voluntarily wants out of the business, divorces, personal bankruptcy, or the business owner retires selling to more than one buyer. As a result, we believe buy-sell agreements play a critical protection role in both estate and succession planning.
